Commemorating the 155th Anniversary of the Battle of Chancellorsville

Our historian-in-residence, Chris Mackowski, took part in an exciting two-day event to help commemorate the 155th anniversary of the battle of Chancellorsville earlier this week. A Trip to the Lake Anna Winery

Jennifer and I recently took a trip down Route 208 toward Lake Anna, into the heart of Spotsylvania County, to visit our friends at the Lake Anna Winery. They were just preparing for their own employee holiday party later that evening, so the entire tasting room was fully decked out for the holiday. Fredericksburg Spring Arts & Craft Faire

The Fredericksburg Spring Arts & Craft Faire is underway this weekend, so invite your friends and visit the Fredericksburg Expo Center to see all the excitement.

The Arts & Crafts Faire will have a variety of homemade items perfect for Easter, birthdays, Mother’s days, graduations, upcoming events, etc.

The faire is open on Saturday, April 1, from 10-6 p.m. and Sunday, April 2, from 11-4pm. Tickets in advance are $7 or at the door are $8.
