Delicious Open House Appetizers

While we offered you a couple peeks at our bridal open house from earlier this month, we can’t neglect some of the yummy treats Chef Brad made for us.

Here’s our stationary appetizer station, where Brad dished up avocado hummus garnished with fried chickpeas; charred tomato salsa; Buffalo chicken dip garnished with chives; cannoli dip with graham crackers; and artisanal crackers, crostini, and tortilla chips.

Scenes from 2016 Bridal Open House: The Riddick House

Today, we offer more scenes from our Bridal Open House held last weekend. While most of the “starstruck” excitement took place in the Lodge, we had the basement of the Riddick House decked out in a woodlands theme so couples could see what a rehearsal dinner might look like in the space. Every year I look forward to our annual Bridal Open House, which is open to ALL brides, vendors, and the general public. Geared towards weddings, this event gives future brides the opportunity to tour our venues and historical cabins plus chat with some of our preferred vendors on a one-on-one basis.
