Stevenson Ridge takes pride as being a “green” facility, and as part of that, we recycle as much as we can. Not only do we recycle during events with disposables and beer bottles but even in the office during the week we recycle our paper products.
Sunday, November 15th is America Recycles Day. You can support local events in Northern Virginia and learn how to “Keep America (and the world) Beautiful.” The current recycle rate is 34.5%, so join us in recycling more!
AmericaRecyclesDay.org asks you to take the pledge to:
Learn. I will find out what materials are collected for recycling in my community.
Act. Reduce my personal waste by recycling. Within the next month, I will recycle more.
Share. In the next month, I will encourage one family member or one friend to take the pledge.
Post. Take and post a photo of you recycling and enter the #Iwillrecycle sweepstakes.
