So, what do you do?
Personally, I keep a stack of essential oils next to my computer. If I’m feeling low or in need of focus, I’ll drop some oils on my skin and breathe deeply. I’m almost always listening to music, and the right playlist can be just the thing that sets me up for productivity. And when I’m feeling particularly pent up, I take a walk. A short walk around Stevenson Ridge clears the mind, fills the lungs, and rejuvenates me for the rest of the day.
Allow yourself that moment, that thing you need to do to give yourself a break. We all need breaks sometimes. Don’t forget to take yours!
