We are gearing up for a big weekend ahead of us. For the first time, we have a quadruple-wedding weekend! We have ceremonies on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and even Monday.
As part of that excitement, for the first time ever, we have three catering events back-to-back-to-back. Chef Brad and his trusty sous chef, Ryan, have been busy in the kitchen all week!
On top of all that, all of our houses are booked for the weekend. Our housekeeping staff has its work cut out for it.
We are used to things being busy here at the Ridge, but I can honestly say, this will be our busiest weekend ever–and we couldn’t be more excited!
