A few days ago, we had the opportunity to prepare a delicious dinner for two in one of our cabins. The chefs prepared a custom menu with our guests which consisted of the following.
- Cheese platter with assorted cheeses, grapes, cured meats, grain mustard, jam, and assorted crackers
- Mixed field greens with feta, heirloom cherry tomatoes, red onions and finished with a lemon poppy seed vinaigrette.
- Seared Sirloin topped with a roasted garlic bordelaise demi glaze, herbed finderling potatoes and brown sugar glazed carrots
Chefs Anthony and Moe prepared the meal and delivered it to the couple in the Tobacco Barn. The guests were so excited they us great feedback in the cabin’s guestbook:
Such an amazing place to stay! My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful dinner by the fire for an amazing romantic evening, just so peaceful. Then waking up to an amazing breakfast. Everything about this place is just so great. We can’t wait to stay here again.
